Martin Sweet

With a formidable career spanning over 4 decades gaining respect in industries including Business, Government, Development and Education, Martin Sweet is a true force not only in executive corporate management but in championing the support and upliftment of the disenfranchised.

Over the past 20 years, Mr Sweet has led Primestars, dedicating himself to empowering South Africa’s youth. Today Primestars is one of the leading youth development organisations in South Africa. Primestars has successfully run programmes which have benefitted over 1 million youth from under-resourced communities across South Africa.

He was initially recognised for his role in the conceptualization and launch of the Cell C Take Your Girl Child to Work Day program and has introduced several ground-breaking social impact programmes since. These include My Future, My Career - a Career Guidance project, The educate- Matric Revision Math and Science Initiative, Smartbucks, mind your moolah Financial Literacy Project, STEP UP LET’S LEAD - inspiring youth leadership and STEP UP 2 A START UP encouraging entrepreneurial development, which in recent years focused on the green economy and climate change. In 2022 Primestars launched one of SA’s leading boy child GBV-preventative programmes titled “What About the Boys?”.

Mr. Nkosinathi Moshoana
- Nkosinathi is no stranger to leadership roles and working hard to achieve his goals. He matriculated at Midrand High School with four distinctions and was a member of the Executive Learner Council.
- After a successful tenure at TLC Marketing Worldwide, one of the leading global promotion and loyalty agencies, he joined Primestars in 2015 and within 18 months was promoted to a Senior Management position.
- As of 2022 he is the youngest Chief of Operations in the history of Primestars and leads a team that delivers high-impact youth development initiatives to underprivileged high school learners across the country. Under his leadership, the Primestars team has positively impacted the lives of well over a million beneficiaries.
- Nkosinathi has experience in diverse roles such as strategy, market research, new business development, innovation and national program design and management.

Achievements:
- Climbed the ranks at TLC Marketing Worldwide.
- Promoted to Senior Management at Primestars within 18 months.
- Became the youngest Chief of Operations in Primestars' history by 2022.
- Led a team impacting over 90,000 underprivileged secondary school learners.
